Beginning iOS 5 Development, Exploring the iOS SDK,
by Dave Mark, Jack Nutting and Jeff LaMarche.
This book is a very gentle introduction to iOS
development. It doesn't cover Objective-C so we'll supplement
the book with additional materials.
