- The CS1101 VM can be found here.
This is a huge (3GB!) file so it will take some time to download.
- Import the virtual machine:
- Run VirtualBox.
- Select File => Import Appliance.
- Select Open Appliance, and choose the .ova file you just
downloaded. Then select continue and then select import. This
step will take some time so be patient.
- Run the virtual machine:
- Select cs1101-2015fa from the list.
- Click Start.
You should see a linux desktop window adorned with camels walking on a
beach. This will be your new programming environment for CS1101.
