Job Description:

Provides PC technical and operational support to users of company's personal computers either by telephone or desk side relative to desktop hardware and software packages.  Performs hardware diagnostics and coordinates repairs of existing company laptop and desktop computers. Also, participates in helping to deploy existing computers that who’s leases are due for refresh. May also participate in other departmental projects as assigned and as appropriate.


Required Skills:

Junior/Senior enrolled in a BS program with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS or Information Technology. Windows 2000/XP operating system, Microsoft OfficeSuite, Lotus Notes, Active Directory. Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software and network connectivity.

This position also requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The candidate will also work as part of a close knit team delivering high quality service and support to corporate executives and staff at the corporate facilities. This position also requires the ability to document their work in the form of customer service tickets and to be responsive to customers service requests
