Our entry level Associate Developer program offers individuals with  demonstrated technical ability and an interest in asset management, the  chance to join our growing development team.

Applicants are expected to have a Computer Science degree, a solid grasp of computer programming, algorithms, object-oriented design and  mathematical thinking.  Responsibilities include: working with traders,  portfolio managers, quantitative analysts, operations and developers to  plan, design, code, deploy and support the tools and applications that  are used everyday to run the business.

Experience with Java is useful; however a solid foundation in Computer  Science and the desire to learn and apply your abilities is critical.
